Of Flesh & Void

Of Flesh & Void

Combining Neuroscience and Psychology to Explore Existential Themes

What is your relationship to isolation, freedom, meaning, and death? The Somatic Nature Therapy Institute’s Of Flesh & Void is a free, five week workshop that aims to uncover the science that speaks to our souls.

We’ll have research-backed, heart-based discussions, combined with experiential activities and mindfulness practices, to guide us toward greater understanding of our minds, bodies, and what drives us to be human.

This workshop is for seekers, thinkers, and feelers—anyone curious about the intersection of science, spirituality, and self-discovery. Whether you're a mental health professional, a student of life, or simply drawn to big questions, you'll walk away with greater clarity, connection, and tools for transformation.
